We come here often and the food is amazing and the atmosphere, the people.who work there are fantastic.||Unfortunately I can't say that about last visit. We ordered the 3 course fixed price. We had the bruschetta and the bang bang …

Food was very hearty and full of flavour. It all tasted delicious. Love the fact that you could taste the freshness of ingredients as well as the feeling it was all homemade. The atmosphere is very modern, homely, clean and fresh. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!!!

My family stayed for a few days and absolutely loved it. They said the rooms were cosy and very comfy. The staff are absolutely amazing, really friendly and helpful. Lovely vibe. There are a few good veggie/ vegan options so you won't go hungry. Very dog friendly too, such a lovely place.

Great food, ambience and service. Also good kids menu and dog friendly. I've seen it drastically improve in the 12 years I've lived in the village. Well worth a visit and great pub too.

My family and I visited on Xmas Eve for a meal as we were in the area. What a pleasant find it was for us. Dog friendly, very nice atmosphere, great menu and food, friendly staff and topped of with very reasonable prices. We will definitely return the next time we are in this part of the country.

10/10 gorgeous little place to stay. Room was so cosy, well decorated and clean! Staff are so nice and helpful. Food is to die for! Great facilities offered in room. I also had a great sleep which is unsusal for me. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely meal I've worked in a french kitchen for several years and in alot of other places too as a head chef. So I'm not hard to please but the food here was great seasoned well cooked well and quickly prepared, only one small critical point the children's menu was too bland for my kids , but that's my kids . Great place will return when I'm next in the area.

Soup undercooked, bland risotto made for patients with gastric bypass. No apathy from waitress, insisted that they charge full price. There's a reason this place is empty on a Saturday. Won't be back.
